Responsibility
- Facilitate engaging conversational English sessions for students of various proficiency levels.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
- Assist in the preparation of educational materials and classroom activities.
- Monitor student progress and maintain regular communication with the lead instructor.
- Participate in English Cafe’s internal training programs to enhance teaching methodology.
- Support administrative tasks related to student enrollment and classroom management.
- Contribute creative ideas to make the learning environment more interactive and fun.
Qualifications
- Current student or fresh graduate in English Education, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Passionate about teaching and working with diverse groups of learners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable, patient, and highly motivated to learn.
- Ability to work full-time during the internship period.
- Based in or willing to commute to Malang, East Java.
- Experience in tutoring or public speaking is a plus.
