Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the network and security domain.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their technical needs and challenges.
- Develop and present tailored solutions, including network architecture, security protocols, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless proposal development and project delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Provide post-sales support, including training, troubleshooting, and ongoing account management.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and proposals to drive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or a similar role within the ICT sector.
- Proven expertise in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, protocols, and best practices (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, SIEM).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
