Responsibility
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients to identify security gaps and business requirements.
- Design and present customized cybersecurity solutions using Palo Alto Networksâ portfolio (e.g., Prisma Cloud, Cortex XDR, VM-Series).
- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments and hands-on demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategic account plans and accelerate deal closure.
- Provide post-sales technical guidance to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends and competitive landscapes to position Palo Alto Networks as the market leader.
- Deliver executive-level briefings and technical workshops to educate clients on best practices.
- Document and share customer feedback with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or cloud solutions (preferably in a pre-sales or consulting role).
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, or zero-trust architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Certifications such as CCSE, PCNSE, CISSP, or AWS/Azure Security Specialty are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
