As a Solar Panel Installer, you will work with cutting-edge solar technology, ensuring seamless installation and optimal performance of grid-tied, hybrid, and off-grid systems. Responsibility
- Install, configure, and commission solar PV systems, including grid-tied, hybrid, and off-grid setups.
- Perform site assessments to determine optimal panel placement and system design.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar panel performance and wiring.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Provide basic training to clients on system operation and maintenance best practices.
- Adhere to company policies and industry best practices for quality and safety.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in solar panel installation and electrical wiring.
- Certification in solar PV installation or equivalent technical training.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to handle manual labor, including lifting and climbing.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites in Bali.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
