Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify the needs of vulnerable individuals and families.
- Provide one-on-one casework and counseling to clients, developing personalized support plans.
- Facilitate referrals to appropriate social services, healthcare providers, and community resources.
- Collaborate with local NGOs, government agencies, and community leaders to enhance service delivery.
- Organize and lead community outreach programs to raise awareness about social issues and available support.
- Advocate for clientsâ rights and access to essential services, including housing, healthcare, and legal assistance.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and reports in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development to stay updated on best practices in social work.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (Masterâs degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social work, case management, or community services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse populations.
- Familiarity with local social service systems and resources in Bali/Indonesia is a plus.
- Proven ability to assess needs, develop care plans, and monitor progress for clients.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa); knowledge of local dialects is advantageous.
- Compassionate, ethical, and culturally sensitive approach to working with vulnerable groups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
