Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social work, case management, or community services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse populations.
  • Familiarity with local social service systems and resources in Bali/Indonesia is a plus.
  • Proven ability to assess needs, develop care plans, and monitor progress for clients.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa); knowledge of local dialects is advantageous.
