Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create engaging content calendars and manage daily posting across multiple platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep the brand ahead.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster a positive online community.
- Conduct competitor research and benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth.
- Report on key metrics and present insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization is a plus.
