Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and copy, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Hootsuite to optimize campaigns.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and hospitality teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital and offline channels.
- Identify and partner with influencers and content creators to amplify reach and credibility.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform algorithm updates to adapt strategies proactively.
- Produce monthly reports on KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, conversion metrics) for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) and scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing creative social media campaigns.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting social media analytics to inform strategy.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Indonesian language is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
