Responsibility
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to each platformâs audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite, and provide actionable insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a loyal online community to enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and business goals.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep Mistletoeâs strategy innovative and competitive.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and ROI analysis.
- Produce monthly reports on social media performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and best practices for organic and paid social growth.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar platforms to track performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for trendspotting and experimenting with new content formats.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
