Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, platform-optimized content (posts, stories, reels, videos) that aligns with brand voice and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar, and provide actionable insights.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment across all digital channels.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to continuously refine and improve strategies.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, and A/B testing for optimal ROI.
- Generate monthly reports on social media KPIs and present findings to stakeholders with clear recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the construction, real estate, or B2B/B2C industries.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Sprout Social).
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite), and video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics) and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset, able to work independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and basic graphic design is a plus.
