Responsibility
- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost engagement across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Discord).
- Create and curate high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos) tailored to TCG and anime audiences.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, engagement rates) to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers, streamers, and community managers to expand brand reach.
- Manage paid social media advertising (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
- Stay updated on gaming and anime trends to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
- Coordinate with design and video teams to produce visually appealing and on-brand assets.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a strong online community.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in gaming, anime, or entertainment industries.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, hashtag strategies, and algorithm trends on major platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of TCG, anime, or gaming culture is a major plus.
- Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills.
