Responsibility

  • Create, edit, and optimize short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) aligned with brand guidelines and trends.
  • Design and manage paid ad campaigns, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, engagement rates, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and AI-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, copywriting, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to keep strategies fresh and effective.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster brand loyalty.
  • Produce monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns with measurable results (portfolio or case studies preferred).
