Responsibility
- Develop, create, and manage high-quality social media content (videos, photos, graphics) across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all digital touchpoints.
- Execute creative social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and follower growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the biotech and health sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall company marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize future content strategies.
- Community management: engaging with followers and managing inbound messages to foster a loyal brand community.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in content creation or social media management.
- Proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar).
- Excellent storytelling skills with a strong command of written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A creative eye for visual composition and a deep understanding of social media platform algorithms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
