Responsibility
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a data-driven social media content calendar, including posts, stories, reels, and videos tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Community Management: Monitor, moderate, and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster brand loyalty.
- Brand Growth: Implement organic and paid strategies to increase followers, engagement rates, and brand awareness across all social channels.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Campaigns: Partner with influencers, brand ambassadors, and internal teams to create cohesive campaigns that align with business goals.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities to keep our brand relevant and innovative.
- Crisis Management: Address negative feedback or PR issues promptly and professionally to protect the brandâs reputation.
- SEO & Hashtag Strategy: Optimize content for search and discovery by researching and implementing effective hashtags and keywords.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X) and their best practices.
- Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite), video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro), and copywriting.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills, with a knack for crafting engaging, error-free content.
- Creativity & Adaptability: A creative problem-solver who can pivot strategies quickly in response to trends or feedback.
