Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and audience preferences.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to refine strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive community atmosphere.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media best practices.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and A/B testing for optimal ROI.
- Generate monthly reports on KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, conversion metrics) and present insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for visual storytelling.
- Deep understanding of SEO, hashtag strategies, and platform-specific algorithms.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
