Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and target audience preferences.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics or Meta Insights, and present actionable reports.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and performance optimization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify reach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.
