In this role, you will be the voice of our hospital, crafting compelling narratives, educational content, and impactful campaigns that boost our brand awareness and foster trust within our local community. You will be responsible for end-to-end digital marketing performance, ensuring that our social media channels serve as an informative, compassionate, and accessible resource for our patients and their families.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, medically accurate, and visually appealing content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels to manage patient inquiries, feedback, and sentiment, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Collaborate with medical department heads to highlight hospital services, health awareness campaigns, and wellness initiatives.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide monthly reports to stakeholders on engagement growth and campaign ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, healthcare regulations, and social media algorithm updates.
- Manage community growth initiatives to increase patient reach and engagement within the Bulacan region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Basic understanding of healthcare digital marketing compliance and patient privacy (Data Privacy Act).
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
