Responsibility

  • Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video) for all social platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Lead social media campaigns from concept to execution, including paid promotions and influencer collaborations.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and reports.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional manner.
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to align social media efforts with talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Henkel's strategy innovative and effective.
  • Train and mentor team members on social media best practices and content creation techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on employer branding or corporate communications.
  • Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand voice consistency.
  • Creative thinker with experience in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
