Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, platform-optimized content (posts, stories, reels, videos) that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar, and provide actionable reports.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive community around the brand.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and ROI analysis.
- Identify and partner with influencers or brand ambassadors to amplify reach and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, growth hacking, or digital marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics dashboards.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Creative mindset with basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and derive insights to improve performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with social media strategies.
