Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster a strong online community.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and innovative content creation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions, to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and leverage influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
