Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive lead generation and sales growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals and promotions.
- Optimize website and landing pages for SEO to improve organic search rankings and user experience.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a loyal online community around the brand.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns and adapt to changing trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the cleaning services industry or B2B/B2C marketing is advantageous.
