Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to boost engagement and conversions.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (graphics, videos, copy) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (reach, CTR, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite; present insights to stakeholders.
- Manage paid social campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams to execute cross-channel marketing initiatives.
- Stay ahead of digital trends (AI tools, algorithm updates, viral formats) and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Optimize SEO for social profiles and content to improve organic discoverability.
- Provide monthly reports on performance, highlighting wins and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in social media/digital marketing, preferably in agency or fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a portfolio of engaging social content.
- Experience managing paid ad campaigns with a track record of driving growth.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Creative, analytical, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.
