Responsibility
- Conceptualize and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) aligned with brand identity.
- Manage end-to-end content production, including storyboarding, filming, and post-production editing.
- Assist in managing social media calendars and scheduling posts across multiple platforms.
- Engage with the online community by monitoring comments and maintaining brand voice.
- Conduct research on current social media trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas.
- Track and report basic social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Proficient in mobile video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or InShot.
- Strong grasp of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and their current trends.
- Excellent communication skills with a flair for creative copywriting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio or active social media presence demonstrating your content creation style.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
