Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (graphics, videos, copy) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (reach, CTR, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights to refine campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and influencers to produce cohesive, on-brand campaigns.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional manner.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and propose innovative ideas to outperform competitors.
- Assist in SEO optimization for website and social content to improve organic visibility.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) and scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic graphic design principles.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting social media analytics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for trendspotting and a deep understanding of platform-specific audiences.
