Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content calendar for TikTok and Facebook, ensuring consistent, high-quality posts aligned with brand voice and goals.
- Create engaging short-form videos, graphics, and written content optimized for virality and audience retention.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Manage community interactions, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader campaigns and business objectives.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-2+ years) managing TikTok and/or Facebook pages for a brand, agency, or personal project with a track record of growth.
- Strong creative skills, including video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro), graphic design (e.g., Canva, Photoshop), and copywriting.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
