Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and compelling social media campaigns.
- Create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and platform updates.
- Report on social media performance and provide insights to improve future strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and original content.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Basic graphic design skills and experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
