Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance on motorcycles to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues efficiently.
- Conduct oil changes, brake adjustments, tire replacements, and other standard servicing tasks.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to diagnose and fix complex motorcycle problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and parts replacements.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and workshop standards at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations clearly to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic or in a similar workshop role (minimum 2 years preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of motorcycle engines, electrical systems, and general mechanics.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and workshop equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
