LIDA KARYA INDONESIA is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team and deliver high-quality installations for residential and commercial projects across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of IDR 6,000,000 ā IDR 8,000,000 per month, offering immediate start opportunities for the right candidate.
Responsibility
- Measure, cut, and install doors, windows, and frames with precision to ensure proper fit and alignment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate installation.
- Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, levels) safely and efficiently.
- Seal gaps, apply weatherproofing materials, and ensure waterproofing for exterior installations.
- Collaborate with carpenters, contractors, and project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Inspect finished work to verify compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and adjustments for post-installation issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 2+ years) as a Door and Window Installer or in a similar carpentry/construction role.
- Strong knowledge of materials (wood, aluminum, PVC, glass) and installation techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow precise measurements.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to the trade.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 25 kg) and work in various conditions (indoor/outdoor).
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering flawless, long-lasting installations.
- Basic communication skills in English or Indonesian to coordinate with team members and clients.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
