Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain smooth operations on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers and site staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the project management team to plan and execute project phases effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Supervisor in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali as required.
