Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation using CAD software.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Site Engineer, Office Engineer, or Civil Engineer in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and other engineering tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
