Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes and industry standards.
- Manage material procurement and inventory to avoid project delays.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site engineering or project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with sustainable construction practices is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali.
