Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, optimizing resources for cost efficiency.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, solve problems creatively, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Malay is advantageous.
