Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems for construction projects.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify adherence to design specifications and safety protocols.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M&E systems during installation and operation.
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, and as-built drawings for project handover.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in M&E engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of M&E systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical installations.
- Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Prior internship or work experience in M&E engineering or construction is advantageous but not mandatory.
