Responsibility
- Manage and maintain all site-related documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely communication and documentation flow.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of progress reports, invoices, and other administrative deliverables.
- Handle procurement processes, including ordering supplies, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Assist in payroll processing and timesheet management for on-site staff.
- Organize and schedule site meetings, inspections, and client visits.
- Maintain a clean and efficient filing system for both digital and physical documents.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site administration, construction, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with construction terminology, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
