Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations at construction sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Manage and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and resource allocation.
- Handle procurement processes, including ordering supplies, tracking deliveries, and maintaining inventory records.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including expense tracking, invoicing, and budget monitoring for site operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related inquiries, resolving administrative issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) documentation is up-to-date and accessible for audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction terminology, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
