Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for acquisition based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure suitability for project needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site acquisition processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient site acquisition.
- Prepare and present reports on site acquisition progress and challenges.
- Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with landowners and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies throughout the acquisition process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
