Join Erajaya as a Site Acquisition Assistant Manager in beautiful Bali and play a pivotal role in expanding our telecom infrastructure. Based in one of Bali’s key business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll leverage your expertise in site acquisition to drive operational excellence. Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Site Acquisition Manager to identify and evaluate potential sites for telecom infrastructure development.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site surveys, and due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory and technical requirements.
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, permits, and other legal documentation with landowners and local authorities.
- Coordinate with construction, legal, and engineering teams to ensure timely site preparation and deployment.
- Maintain accurate records of site acquisition activities, including contracts, permits, and correspondence.
- Resolve site-related issues and escalate challenges to senior management when necessary.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure cost-effective and efficient site acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, landowners, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or telecom infrastructure development.
- Proven track record in negotiating leases, permits, and contracts for telecom or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory requirements for telecom site acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS tools, and project management software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
