As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily showroom activities, from customer engagement to sales support and administrative tasks. Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, ensuring a personalized and professional experience.
- Manage showroom operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory checks, and display maintenance.
- Process sales transactions, handle payments, and provide receipts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support administrative tasks such as daily sales reports, customer records, and stock documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets by promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment to enhance customer engagement.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or showroom management (preferably in luxury or high-end products).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office, or inventory software).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by showroom schedules.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is advantageous.
