Responsibility
- Develop and execute a short-form video content strategy aligned with brand goals and audience preferences.
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and social media teams to ensure content consistency and brand alignment.
- Optimize video content for maximum reach and engagement using SEO best practices and platform-specific trends.
- Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to refine content strategy and improve ROI.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in short-form video content and incorporate innovative techniques into production.
- Manage video production timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to identify the most effective content formats and styles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in video production, editing, and content creation for digital platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and engaging content.
- Analytical skills to interpret performance data and make data-driven content decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
