Responsibility
- Promote and market Sharia-compliant credit products to potential customers in Bali, ensuring compliance with Islamic finance principles.
- Identify and engage with new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and provide tailored financing solutions to meet customer needs while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with branch teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure all documentation and processes comply with Sharia finance guidelines and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or financial services, preferably in Sharia-compliant products.
- Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles and ethical marketing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possession of a valid SIM and personal vehicle for travel within Bali.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional local language skills are a plus.
