Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new clients for Sharia-compliant gold investment (cicilan emas/logam mulia) products.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends in Islamic finance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Educate clients on the benefits of Sharia banking and gold-based investment products.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for client acquisition and product subscriptions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for gold investment products.
- Prepare and present sales reports, tracking progress against KPIs.
- Stay updated on Sharia banking regulations, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or financial services, preferably in Sharia-compliant products.
- Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles and gold investment markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings and events.
