Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to support business processes and security workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical integration specifications.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless data exchange between platforms.
- Document technical processes, workflows, and API specifications to maintain internal knowledge bases.
- Participate in agile sprint planning and execution to deliver high-quality code on schedule.
- Support the Cybersecurity team in implementing security best practices across automated integration workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform administration.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide API.
- Demonstrated experience working with REST and SOAP web services for system integration.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or IRM/GRC is a significant advantage.
- Understanding of database principles and data structures within a cloud environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work in a global, multicultural team.
- Relevant ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD) are highly preferred.
