Responsibility
- Diagnose hardware and software issues in smartphones, laptops, and desktops with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform repairs, replacements, and upgrades, including screens, batteries, hard drives, and other components.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to ensure devices are fully functional post-repair.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues and solutions in a clear, non-technical manner.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and equipment, ensuring readiness for all repair tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, repair techniques, and new device models.
- Document all service and repair work accurately in the company’s tracking system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role, specializing in smartphone, laptop, and desktop repairs.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software systems for various brands and models.
- Certification in electronics repair (e.g., CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Technician, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair software.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for on-site and occasional field service.
