Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in compliance with local and national codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical layouts.
- Inspect electrical components (e.g., transformers, circuit breakers) to identify hazards or malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Document work performed, materials used, and time spent for accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Valid electrician license or certification recognized in Indonesia (e.g., Sertifikat Keahlian Listrik).
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or repair.
- Proficient in reading technical diagrams and using electrical testing tools.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical codes and safety standards.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a part-time capacity.
- Basic English proficiency; Bahasa Indonesia fluency is a plus.
