Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring readiness for the next guests.
- Provide attentive service, addressing guest inquiries and special requests professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Uphold the company’s dress code: white collared polo tee, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes.
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
