Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take and accurately relay customer orders to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to hygiene and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a positive attitude.
- Follow dress code: white plain polo tee or collared shirt, long black pants, fully covered black shoes, and tied-up long hair (if applicable).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Neat and professional appearance, adhering to the company’s dress code.
- Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine or willingness to learn is an advantage.
