Responsibility

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Take and accurately relay customer orders to the kitchen team.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to hygiene and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service hours.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a positive attitude.
  • Follow dress code: white plain polo tee or collared shirt, long black pants, fully covered black shoes, and tied-up long hair (if applicable).
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Neat and professional appearance, adhering to the company’s dress code.
  • Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine or willingness to learn is an advantage.
