Responsibility
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all guests.
- Prepare and serve high-quality bubble tea and other menu items according to brand standards.
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle daily transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation and dining area.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and tracking usage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in F&B or retail is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
