Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to manage inbound and outbound shipments, resolving any discrepancies or delays proactively.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout to improve workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory turnover.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all warehouse activities, including proper handling of hazardous materials if applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to align warehouse operations with business objectives.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage third-party logistics providers and negotiate service agreements.
- Strong proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). ERP system experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Indonesian or Japanese is a bonus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
