Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage service department schedules to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Process and maintain accurate service records, work orders, and customer documentation.
- Liaise between customers, technicians, and management to communicate service updates and resolve inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute reports on service performance, productivity, and customer feedback.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking parts and supplies, and coordinating orders as needed.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing for service transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within the automotive or service industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data management tools.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and service processes is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or related fields is advantageous.
