Responsibility
- Greet and seat customers with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems, handling cash and digital payments efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to Ruangsantay.Coffee’s high standards of presentation and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas, counter, and equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and tracking daily sales.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a server, cashier, or customer service role (preferably in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and POS system proficiency for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of coffee, food service, or beverage preparation is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
