Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, including tables, counters, and dining spaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to uphold health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong numerical aptitude for handling cash transactions and reconciling receipts.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
